AAP obsessed with me like an ex-girlfriend, says Raghav Chadha

Raghav Chadha has taken a fresh jab at the Aam Aadmi Party, suggesting the ruling dispensation is fixated on his person rather than focusing on substantive policy matters. Speaking on the issue of the Special Investigation Report (SIR), Chadha remarked that AAP continues to think and speak about him despite being in power.

The BJP leader urged the party to move beyond what he characterised as an unhealthy preoccupation, using a colloquial comparison to an ex-romantic partner. Chadha's comment underscores the ongoing political friction between the two parties in Punjab.

Beyond the personal barb, Chadha mounted a broader assault on the AAP government's record on drug trafficking. He claimed that Punjab's narcotics crisis has deteriorated to alarming levels, alleging that contraband substances are now being home-delivered to residents across the state.

The accusations form part of a larger critique by the opposition regarding the Bhagwant Mann-led administration's performance on law and order issues. The charges come amid ongoing political tensions in the state ahead of electoral cycles.
