Mumbai police probing the firing case linked to actor Tiger Shroff have disclosed the criminal histories of both arrested suspects, revealing a pattern of prior offences and petty criminal activity.
One of the accused, identified as Rehan from Sonipat in Haryana, dropped out of formal education after failing Class IX. Police records indicate he had previously faced charges related to illegal firearms possession and spent time in jail. Following his release, Rehan reportedly took up welding work to sustain himself.
The second suspect's background similarly reflects a trajectory from petty offences to manual labour, with investigators noting he had worked as a tile layer before his arrest. Both men lacked stable employment histories prior to the alleged shooting incident.
The criminal profiles have drawn investigative focus on what motivated the two men to target the actor. Police continue their probe into whether the shooting was premeditated or connected to broader criminal networks operating in the Mumbai region.
The arrest of both suspects represents a significant development in the case, as authorities work to establish the motive and circumstances surrounding the incident involving the Bollywood star.
