Abhijeet Dipke and two other members of the Civil Justice Party (CJP) were detained by Delhi Police on arrival at the capital's airport following an incident that unfolded as their flight touched down. The detentions marked an escalation in law enforcement action against the activist group.

As police personnel boarded the aircraft, Dipke handed over a protest baton to Ajinkya Shinde in what appeared to be a symbolic gesture of continuity for the movement. The baton, which has become associated with CJP demonstrations, was transferred amid the detention proceedings.

Alongside Dipke, CJP members Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were also apprehended by Delhi Police at the airport. The circumstances leading to their detention and the specific charges, if any, against the individuals remain unclear at this stage.

The incident reflects ongoing tensions between civil society activists and law enforcement authorities in the capital. The Civil Justice Party has been a vocal organization engaging in public demonstrations and advocacy work across India.
