Actor Arya Babbar Expresses Reservations Over Yash's Ravana Look in Ramayan

Actor and critic Arya Babbar has shared mixed reactions to Yash's casting and visual presentation as Ravana in the much-anticipated Ramayan adaptation. In his commentary, Babbar expressed dissatisfaction with the villainous character's look, suggesting it bears too close a resemblance to the actor's iconic styling from the KGF franchise.

Babbar drew a direct parallel between Yash's appearance in the upcoming mythological series and his persona from the popular Kannada-language action films, implying that the aesthetic choices may not adequately distinguish the Ravana character from the actor's previous high-profile roles.

However, Babbar tempered his critique by acknowledging that assessing Yash's full performance would be premature at this stage. He stopped short of delivering a definitive verdict, noting that the actor's portrayal of the complex antagonist deserves to be evaluated more comprehensively once the series releases.

The Ramayan series has attracted considerable attention since its casting announcement, with industry observers closely monitoring creative and production choices across the ambitious project.
