Adani Port and Special Economic Zone Limited has announced plans to acquire Evos, a leading European storage and warehousing operator, for €2.56 billion, marking a significant expansion of the company's international presence. The acquisition represents APSEZ's continued push to diversify its portfolio beyond port operations into complementary logistics and storage segments across Europe.
Evos demonstrated robust financial performance in calendar year 2025, generating revenue of €392 million alongside earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of €219 million. The European storage operator achieved an impressive EBITDA margin of 56 per cent, highlighting the operational efficiency and profitability of the business, according to APSEZ.
The acquisition aligns with Adani Group's broader strategy to establish a comprehensive global logistics network. By integrating Evos's European storage capabilities with its port infrastructure and logistics operations, APSEZ aims to create enhanced value-added services for customers across Asia, Europe and beyond.
This deal underscores the growing appetite among Indian infrastructure and logistics companies to make strategic investments in developed markets, combining operational expertise with capital deployment. The transaction is expected to enhance APSEZ's revenue diversification and strengthen its position as a multi-modal logistics player on the international stage.
