The bank's total revenue increased to ₹831 crore from ₹777 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year, reflecting steady growth across its operations. The quarter's performance was underpinned by improved operating metrics and customer acquisition, the bank said in a statement.
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) rose 21 per cent to ₹108 crore from ₹82 crore year-on-year, indicating strengthened operational profitability. Customer balances held with the bank also expanded by 17 per cent to ₹4,389 crore, up from ₹3,743 crore in the first quarter of the previous fiscal year.
