Anarock Property Consultants Ltd submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Board of India on Wednesday, signalling its intent to tap public capital markets. The proposed offering comprises a fresh equity issuance of ₹550 crore alongside an Offer For Sale of ₹450 crore, according to regulatory filings.
Under the secondary share offering component, promoter entities Peter Properties Ltd and Khushi Trust plan to divest holdings. The sale will also involve investors including funds managed by 360 ONE, Om Sai Trust, and Colared Consultants and Traders LLP, each reducing their stakes in the real estate consultancy firm.
Anarock is evaluating a pre-IPO placement round of up to ₹110 crore, which would reduce the quantum of fresh equity issuance if executed. The company intends to deploy proceeds from new share issuance toward organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including strategic acquisitions and technology infrastructure development.
The consultancy firm, which operates as a property advisory and brokerage platform across residential and commercial real estate sectors, joins a growing list of Indian firms seeking capital markets access to accelerate expansion amid rising digital adoption in the real estate sector.
