Anarock Property Consultants, a leading real estate consultancy firm, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with market regulators to raise ₹1,000 crore through an initial public offering. The proposed public issue consists of two components: a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹550 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹450 crore by existing shareholders.
The capital mobilized through the fresh issuance will be deployed across three strategic priorities, according to the DRHP filing. A significant portion will fund the development and integration of artificial intelligence technologies into the firm's service offerings and operations. The company also plans to allocate resources for expanding its talent base, strengthening its human capital to support projected growth initiatives.
Additionally, Anarock has earmarked proceeds for inorganic growth through acquisitions and strategic investments in the real estate advisory and services sector. The move underscores the firm's ambitions to consolidate its market position and expand its service capabilities amid growing digitalization in India's real estate landscape.
The filing represents Anarock's maiden step towards public capital markets. The company will now await regulatory approvals from the Securities and Exchange Board of India before proceeding with the public offering. The IPO timing and pricing details will be announced in subsequent filings.
