Andhra Pradesh ACB uncovers ₹1.18 crore loss in Guntur civic body tender fraud

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Andhra Pradesh has identified irregularities in tender procedures at the Guntur Municipal Corporation that have resulted in a financial loss of ₹1.18 crore to the civic body. A Deputy Superintendent of Police with the ACB disclosed that preliminary scrutiny of 152 works executed by the corporation has uncovered the violations in the tendering process.
