Angeles City Policeman Arrested for Discharging Service Gun in Tarlac

A patrolman assigned to the Angeles City Police Department was taken into custody by law enforcement officers following the discharge of his service firearm during a domestic dispute in Tarlac province. The incident took place at approximately 11:50 p.m. Tuesday at Rigor Compound in Barangay San Nicolas, according to Central Luzon police authorities.

The officer allegedly fired his weapon into the air while engaged in an argument with his father, prompting a police response to the residential area. Authorities responded to the scene and subsequently apprehended the suspect as part of investigation into the unauthorized discharge of a firearm.
