A liquor shop in the Anuradhapura Junction vicinity of Trincomalee fell victim to an armed robbery late Wednesday evening, marking another security concern in the district. Two men, one of whom was armed with a T-56 assault rifle, entered the premises at approximately 9:45 p.m. and proceeded to rob the establishment.
