Ashiana Housing to deploy ₹1,000 crore for land acquisitions in FY27

Ashiana Housing, a leading real estate developer specialising in senior living projects, plans to invest ₹1,000 crore during the current financial year for strategic land acquisitions across India's key markets, according to Managing Director Vishal Gupta.

The company is pursuing expansion opportunities in Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu, targeting both conventional group housing developments and specialised senior living communities. Gupta indicated that Ashiana Housing has sufficient cash reserves to fund the acquisition programme without straining its balance sheet.

The land acquisition strategy encompasses both outright purchases and joint development arrangements with landowners, providing flexibility in deployment across different market conditions. This approach will allow the company to scale operations while managing capital efficiency.

Despite global uncertainties, Gupta noted that housing demand remains robust in India, particularly in the senior living segment where Ashiana Housing has established a strong market presence. The company's expansion plans reflect confidence in sustained demand across its key geographical markets and product categories.
