ASK Property Fund deploys ₹300 crore into twin Ghaziabad housing ventures

ASK Property Fund has announced a ₹300 crore investment commitment across two residential developments in Ghaziabad, marking its latest foray into the mature housing markets of the National Capital Region.

The fund will support BRV Group's Vasundhara project spanning 4.7 acres and KW Group's Indirapuram development across 1.5 acres. Both ventures are positioned in established micromarkets within Ghaziabad, which continues to attract institutional capital as a key residential destination in the NCR.

The dual investment underscores ASK Property Fund's strategy to expand its exposure in developed pockets of the Delhi-NCR region, where demand for residential properties remains resilient. Such commitments from alternative investment funds have increasingly shaped the funding landscape for mid-sized residential developers in the region.

Ghaziabad has emerged as a preferred destination for housing investments owing to improved connectivity, infrastructure development, and its proximity to central Delhi. The NCR market has seen steady institutional interest as traditional financing channels become more accessible to quality developers.

The investment aligns with broader trends of institutional capital flowing into residential real estate across metro-adjacent cities in India, where demographic growth and urbanisation trends continue to support housing demand.
