H2O Events and LaserVision, both based in Australia, have joined forces with Vietnamese developer Sun Group to stage the upcoming edition of Symphony of the Sea at Sunset Town on Phu Quoc Island. The production is slated for November 2026, continuing the spectacle series that has established itself as a major draw for regional visitors.
The partnership underscores Phu Quoc's emergence as a premier entertainment destination in Southeast Asia. The involvement of internationally recognized Australian production firms signals growing confidence in the island's infrastructure and appeal to audiences across Asia.
Symphony of the Sea has built a reputation for large-scale, technology-driven performances combining water features, lighting effects, and live entertainment. The third season will leverage the expertise of H2O Events and LaserVision to enhance production values and audience experience.
The November 2026 launch coincides with Phu Quoc's broader development initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades ahead of Vietnam's hosting of APEC 2027. The island has increasingly attracted international tourism and business investment in recent years, positioning itself among Asia's top emerging leisure destinations.
