KUALA LUMPUR — The Pangsapuri Kos Rendah (PPR) affordable housing complex in Bandar Tasik Selatan has undergone a comprehensive upgrade following an allocation of RM350,000 in road improvement works. The project was completed to enhance accessibility and living conditions within the residential development, which houses a significant portion of the constituency's community.
The upgrades focused on road resurfacing and related infrastructure enhancements across the complex. Local representatives emphasized the importance of the investment in improving the everyday quality of life for residents and their families. The work represents part of broader efforts to maintain and develop affordable housing facilities within the greater Kuala Lumpur area.
Following completion of the works, the Member of Parliament for Bandar Tasik Selatan appealed to residents to take responsibility for maintaining the improved infrastructure. The call underscored the importance of collective stewardship in preserving community assets for the benefit of current occupants and their future generations.
The upgrade project reflects ongoing attention to maintenance and development needs within PPR complexes across the federal territory, where thousands of households rely on such subsidized accommodation.
