Bayern Munich lose Saibari, Gnabry to injuries after Dortmund draw

Bayern Munich confirmed that both players picked up injuries during the weekend encounter with their fierce rivals, forcing the club's medical team to rule them out for the foreseeable future. The exact nature and severity of their respective injuries were not immediately disclosed by the club.

The 2-2 draw at Dortmund proved costly for Bayern in terms of squad depth, with Saibari and Gnabry joining an injury list that has already impacted the club's campaign this season. Bayern will need to adjust their tactical approach in midfield and on the wings as they navigate the busy Bundesliga schedule.

The club has not provided a timeline for their return, leaving manager Julian Nagelsmann to work with available squad members in the coming weeks. Bayern will assess the players' conditions regularly and provide updates as their rehabilitation progresses.
