A sudden bee swarm attack at Meerut's circuit house on Monday left multiple people injured and one youth unconscious. According to initial reports, the incident took place while a group was filming video content at the venue in the city.
The attack resulted in injuries to between 15 and 20 people, with one identified individual named Abhinav losing consciousness during the incident. First responders were mobilized to provide medical assistance to those affected.
Accounts suggest that two youths involved in filming the content had disturbed a beehive in the vicinity, prompting the aggressive response from the swarm. The exact circumstances that led to the bees attacking remain under investigation.
The incident serves as a cautionary reminder about the dangers posed by wildlife disturbance, particularly when individuals venture near potential hazards while engaged in recreational filming activities. Local authorities have not yet issued formal statements regarding preventive measures or further actions related to the beehive location.
