Bellona Hospitality is charting an ambitious growth trajectory, targeting 100 restaurants across its brand portfolio by fiscal year 2029-30, according to Managing Director Prashant Issar. The company currently operates 32 outlets spanning five brands in five cities, generating approximately ₹150 crore in annual revenue during FY26.
The expansion roadmap will be anchored by six established brands: Ishaara, Dobaara, Cha Hongkong Eating House, Eight, Allora Milano and Legume. These operate across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad and Lucknow, with the company planning to add 20-30 new outlets within these existing markets where it has already established a presence.
To fund the expansion drive, Bellona Hospitality has earmarked ₹100 crore in capital expenditure, which will be financed through internal accruals rather than external debt. The company will focus growth efforts primarily within its current five-city footprint and locations where Phoenix Malls operate, leveraging the retail developer's existing infrastructure and customer base.
The expansion strategy reflects growing consumer demand for organised restaurant dining in India's major metros and tier-two cities. With its established brands and multi-format approach, Bellona Hospitality is positioning itself to capitalise on the segment's growth trajectory over the coming years.
