Bengaluru residents intervened in what they believed was a kidnapping on Monday, chasing down a vehicle allegedly carrying a young woman against her will. The pursuit through city streets resulted in multiple collisions, leaving six individuals with injuries.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing the woman being taken against her consent and immediately mobilized to track the vehicle. The chase ensued through several areas of the city as the suspect vehicle struck other cars while attempting to escape the pursuing group.
Local police responded to the incident and took control of the situation. Multiple individuals have been taken into custody for questioning in connection with the alleged abduction. Authorities are conducting further investigation to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
