The event, which started with just four farmers, has transformed into a major attraction drawing approximately four lakh visitors in its most recent edition, reflecting the region's growing interest in farm-to-consumer engagement.

The festival originated as a practical solution to address food wastage while creating direct market linkages for farmers. The concept has since expanded significantly, with over 500 farming families now participating in the annual event, offering a diverse range of produce and agricultural products to consumers from across Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
