The BFP, the country's primary fire response agency, disclosed the figures to media covering the nation's civil service operations. According to the agency's statistics, 22,637 of the pre-screened candidates proceeded to file formal applications for available positions. The screening process resulted in 22,206 applications being approved and registered in the recruitment system, representing a substantial candidate pool for the upcoming hiring cycle.
