Bhartiya Urban, Alpine to develop ₹1,000-crore Bengaluru residential complex

Bhartiya Urban and Alpine are joining forces to develop a major residential project in Bengaluru, committing more than ₹1,000 crore to the venture. The project, named Nikoo Homes 9, will be developed across two phases on 13 acres of freehold land in the city.

The development will comprise 1,584 residential units spread across the two phases, offering a significant addition to Bengaluru's housing stock. Beyond residential space, the project will incorporate a 40,000-square-foot retail and commercial centre, positioning it as a mixed-use development aimed at providing lifestyle and convenience amenities to residents.

The partnership between Bhartiya Urban and Alpine reflects the ongoing momentum in Bengaluru's real estate sector, particularly in the residential segment. Large-scale projects combining housing with commercial infrastructure have become increasingly common in India's major metros as developers respond to growing demand for integrated living spaces.

The project details suggest a focus on creating a comprehensive community environment rather than a standalone residential complex, catering to modern urban preferences for mixed-use developments that combine housing, retail, and commercial opportunities within a single precinct.
