Ranjan Mandal, a breakfast shop owner in Ismailpur, Navgachhia, was shot dead by unidentified attackers on a motorcycle in Bihar's Madhubani district. According to police reports, Mandal was asleep inside his shop when the assailants fired at him, killing him on the spot.
