Bihar's NDA government claims accelerated development under new CM Samrat Choudhary

Bihar's ruling NDA government has claimed significant progress under Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary's leadership, with senior party officials highlighting improved economic metrics and expanded developmental initiatives.

BJP state officials pointed to a GDP growth rate of 14.9 percent and per capita income reaching 74,000 rupees as evidence of accelerated economic expansion. They also noted declining poverty levels as a key achievement under the current administration.

The government has introduced several new programmes aimed at strengthening public service delivery. These include monthly assistance camps, a 30-day grievance redressal system, establishment of Vidya Niketan centres across blocks, opening of new degree colleges, and dedicated student and teacher portals to streamline administrative processes.

Among the government's larger infrastructure initiatives are plans for thirteen greenfield cities aimed at boosting urban development across the state. Officials presented these measures as part of a broader effort to improve governance and accelerate development in Bihar.
