TACLOBAN CITY — Biliran province will receive P13.846 million in educational assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) scheduled for release this month, according to Provincial Governor Rogelio Espina.
The assistance package is aimed at supporting 3,490 students throughout the province. Governor Espina secured the funding through formal requests submitted to the DSWD, underscoring the provincial government's commitment to educational support for its youth.
