BJP legislator injured in highway accident after tyre burst
A Toyota Fortuner carrying Uttar Pradesh BJP legislator Chandrapal Singh Lodhi veered off the Ganga Expressway on Saturday after suffering a tyre failure, colliding with a roadside pole. The legislator and one other passenger sustained serious injuries in the incident.

A vehicle carrying Chandrapal Singh Lodhi, the BJP legislator representing Dibai constituency in Uttar Pradesh, met with a serious accident on the Ganga Expressway on Saturday. The Toyota Fortuner experienced a tyre burst while travelling on the expressway, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
Following the tyre failure, the vehicle veered off the roadway and skidded through soft earth lining the expressway before striking a roadside pole with significant force. The collision resulted in substantial damage to the vehicle.
Two persons were seriously injured in the accident, including the legislator himself. Emergency services responded to the incident, and the injured were provided medical attention.
