MALOLOS — The body of Ran Romy Ortillano, 8, was discovered in waters off Manila Bay on Tuesday, Aug. 25, the Bulacan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office reported. The boy had gone missing after drowning in a river located in Barangay Iba O' Este in Calumpit town.
