Bollywood actor Akshay Khanna has acquired a luxury apartment in Malabar Hill, one of Mumbai's most prestigious residential addresses, in a transaction valued at ₹33.26 crore, property registration documents show.
The residential unit spans more than 2,500 square feet and comes with three dedicated parking spaces. According to the property registration deed, the transaction was completed in September 2026.
Stamp duty levied on the transaction amounted to approximately ₹1.99 crore, reflecting the high value of the property. Malabar Hill, situated on a hilltop overlooking the Arabian Sea in South Mumbai, remains one of the city's most coveted addresses for high-net-worth individuals and prominent personalities.
