The actor had originally acquired the property from developer Keystone Realtors in July 2018 for Rs 7.61 crore.
The transaction represents a capital appreciation of approximately Rs 1.39 crore over the five-year holding period, translating to an 18.3 percent gain on the initial investment. The property deal was registered days after media reports highlighted a heated exchange on the sets of an upcoming film project, though there has been no official confirmation linking the two events.
