Rakesh Roshan, the veteran Bollywood producer and filmmaker, has entered into a commercial leasing arrangement with BeingU Studios for office space located in Mumbai's Andheri locality. The studio will occupy the premises at an initial monthly rent of ₹7.3 lakh, according to details of the transaction.
The lease agreement incorporates a standard annual escalation clause, with the rental amount set to increase by 5% each year. This structure will see the monthly rent rise to approximately ₹7.67 lakh during the second year of the lease, and further climb to around ₹8.05 lakh in the third year.
BeingU Studios, a digital content production company, will utilize the Andheri office space for its operations. The rental arrangement represents continued commercial activity in Mumbai's media and entertainment district, where numerous production houses and digital studios maintain offices and editing facilities.
The transaction reflects ongoing demand for office and studio space among content creators and production companies in the city's established entertainment hub.
