The threat specifically named Bohol Island State University (BISU), Holy Name University (HNU), and University of Bohol (UB). In response to the alert, BISU suspended classes while authorities conducted thorough security inspections across the affected institutions.

Tagbilaran City Mayor Jane Yap and local law enforcement responded swiftly to the threat, implementing security protocols to ensure the safety of students, faculty, and staff. No explosive devices were reported to have been discovered during the inspections.
