Sofiane Boufal has secured a fresh opportunity in his career by joining Al-Ittihad, one of Libya's leading football clubs based in Tripoli. The transfer was completed on a free transfer basis, with the club confirming the deal on Monday.
The Algerian midfielder brings considerable experience from his time in European football, notably his stint with English Premier League side Southampton. Boufal's arrival marks a significant move for Al-Ittihad as the club strengthens its squad for the upcoming campaign in the Libyan Premier League.
