The luxury Greater Manchester property where late British boxing champion Ricky Hatton was found dead in 2025 has sold for £1.5 million, significantly below its original listing price.

The five-bedroom mansion, situated in Greater Manchester, fetched £1.5 million at sale, representing a £350,000 reduction from its asking price. The property had been marketed as a luxury residence featuring premium amenities including a heated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, private gymnasium, cinema room and games area.
The estate also housed an extensive collection of Manchester City memorabilia, reflecting Hatton's well-documented support for the Premier League club. The sale of the property comes as various matters related to Hatton's estate continue to be addressed.
Hatton, who enjoyed a distinguished career in professional boxing with multiple world championship titles across different weight divisions, passed away in 2025. The British fighter was discovered at the property earlier that year.
