Brigade Enterprises targets ₹9,000 crore pre-sales in FY27 on housing demand surge

Brigade Enterprises Ltd, one of India's leading real estate developers, has set an ambitious pre-sales target of ₹9,000 crore for fiscal 2026-27, representing a 21% increase from the previous year. The company's Managing Director, Pavitra Shankar, attributed the growth projection to sustained demand for homes in the ₹1-3 crore price bracket, where the company has concentrated its portfolio.

With over four decades of operations and more than 300 completed projects, Brigade Enterprises maintains a substantial development pipeline to support its growth targets. The company currently has 33 million square feet of ongoing projects and 16 million square feet scheduled for upcoming launches, positioning it to capitalise on the residential market's upswing.

Shankar emphasised that the company's large township projects are performing particularly well in terms of sales, reflecting buyer preference for integrated residential complexes. She noted that timely project approvals remain critical to achieving the ₹9,000 crore guidance, indicating that regulatory clearances will be instrumental in determining the company's ability to execute its launch pipeline effectively during the fiscal year.
