Brigade Group, Hyatt to develop 600-room hotel complex in Bengaluru

Brigade Group and Hyatt Hotels have entered into agreements to develop two new hotel properties in Bengaluru, together adding approximately 600 rooms to the city's hospitality landscape. The projects will be strategically located across Brigade Global Park and an upcoming residential and commercial township in the Whitefield-Kadugodi corridor, capitalizing on the region's growing demand for both business and leisure accommodations.

Beyond room inventory, the two properties will feature extensive dining establishments, comprehensive meeting facilities, and event spaces designed to cater to corporate clients, conferences, and social gatherings. The developments align with Bengaluru's positioning as a major business and technology center, where demand for quality hospitality infrastructure continues to rise.

The partnership reflects Brigade Group's expansion strategy in South India's real estate sector and Hyatt's broader growth objectives in India's mid-tier and upper-mid-tier hotel markets. The Whitefield-Kadugodi corridor has emerged as an increasingly attractive location for commercial and hospitality development, driven by the presence of technology parks and improving connectivity in the micro-market.

These projects are expected to contribute to addressing Bengaluru's ongoing hotel room deficit while supporting the city's infrastructure development and economic growth initiatives.
