Law enforcement officers arrested Junley Perez Aballe at his residence in Purok 10, Barangay Lurogan at 9:40 a.m., according to officials familiar with the operation. The suspect had been evading the court system by skipping mandatory hearing dates, prompting police to intensify efforts to locate and detain him.

The joint police operation, which involved multiple units, culminated in Aballe's apprehension at his home address in Valencia City, a municipality in Bukidnon province on Mindanao island. Officers conducted the operation in the early morning hours to ensure the suspect's successful capture.

Aballe now faces additional legal consequences related to his failure to appear in court, in addition to the original drug-related charges. He remains in custody pending further court proceedings and bail determination.
