Bulacan residents march against flooding, corruption in major rally

Close to 600 residents representing approximately 30 people's organizations staged a significant demonstration in Bulacan on Monday as part of the 'Kilos Bulacan' movement. The rally, which converged at the Provincial Capitol, drew participants from the Malolos Amphitheater and surrounding areas to voice their grievances.
The protesters called for concrete measures to address persistent flooding that continues to plague communities across the province. Alongside flood mitigation, demonstrators also raised concerns over governance and development issues, including objections to ongoing reclamation projects in the region.
The 'Kilos Bulacan' action reflects mounting frustration among residents over infrastructure challenges and administrative concerns that have affected quality of life in the province. Local officials have yet to respond publicly to the protesters' demands.
