BVG India clears regulatory hurdles for ₹300 crore IPO launch

BVG India, a leading facility management services company, has received regulatory clearance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to launch its ₹300 crore initial public offering (IPO), company leadership confirmed on Sunday.

The company filed its preliminary papers with Sebi in September 2024 and has now completed the regulatory approval process. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares alongside an offer for sale (OFS) component, under which existing shareholders will divest 2.85 crore equity shares, according to the draft red herring prospectus filed on September 30, 2025.

"The DRHP has been filed, and we have received the necessary approvals. The process is on track," BVG India Chief Executive Officer Rupal Sinha said in a statement. The company plans to utilize the funds raised through the IPO to retire portions of its debt burden while supporting future growth and expansion initiatives. Sinha noted that pricing and allocation will be determined through market-driven mechanisms.

BVG India operates as a significant player in India's facility management sector, with reported revenue from operations of ₹4,128 crore. The IPO represents the company's strategy to strengthen its balance sheet and fuel strategic expansion in the competitive facility management services market.
