Law enforcement agents from the Police Regional Office-10 (PRO-10) conducted the operation in Barangay Nazareth during pre-dawn hours, according to a statement released by the regional police command. The suspect, a resident of Pinikitan in Barangay Camaman-an, was apprehended as part of ongoing efforts to dismantle illegal drug distribution networks across the city.

The seizure represents a significant blow to narcotics trafficking operations in the Mindanao region. PRO-10 classified the arrested individual as a high-value target within local drug distribution hierarchies, suggesting involvement in larger-scale operations.

The case adds to a series of anti-drug enforcement actions undertaken by regional police units to combat substance abuse and trafficking in the area. Authorities continue to intensify operations targeting individuals involved in the production and distribution of illegal drugs throughout the jurisdiction.
