CALAPAN CITY — The Calapan City government formally inaugurated the Registry of Barangay Inhabitants and Migrants (RBIM) Project on Tuesday, marking a shift toward data-driven governance in the Oriental Mindoro capital.
The digital system is designed to compile comprehensive information on the city's resident population and migrant communities, establishing a centralized database for municipal planning and service delivery.
