Canada is optimistic it can seal a comprehensive economic partnership agreement (CEPA) with India before 2024 closes, according to the country's international trade minister, who made the remarks during a visit to Mumbai on Saturday.
The minister's comments signal momentum in the long-running trade negotiations between the two countries, which have been working to establish a framework that would expand commercial opportunities across multiple sectors.
