Caraga region opens cancer treatment facility to ease patient burden

PROSPERIDAD, AGUSAN DEL SUR — Cancer patients in the Caraga region have long faced a difficult choice: undergo costly and time-consuming travel outside their home region for treatment, or forgo specialized care.
