The Common Admission Test 2026 correction facility went live on Tuesday, allowing candidates who have already registered to make changes to their application forms. The window will remain accessible until October 6, providing aspirants a limited opportunity to rectify any errors in their submissions before the examination.
During this period, candidates can edit specific fields including their photograph, signature and selection of test city preferences. The facility is restricted to these particular elements, ensuring that critical application information remains stable while allowing applicants to correct visual documentation and location preferences.
Registered test-takers can access the correction window through the official CAT portal using their login credentials. Those who have not yet updated their details are advised to do so promptly, as no extensions to the deadline are anticipated.
The CAT 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted on November 29, 2026. The entrance test, which determines admission to various management programmes at IIM institutions and other participating organizations across the country, typically attracts lakhs of applicants annually.
