The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that it will shortly begin accepting candidate list submissions from schools for the 2027 board examinations across Classes 10 and 12. The move comes as part of the board's regular administrative cycle for managing student registrations ahead of the annual examination schedule.

In a directive to affiliated institutions, CBSE has emphasized the importance of meticulous data entry and verification procedures. The board noted that despite multiple reminders issued to schools, discrepancies continue to surface in student personal information and subject selections submitted during previous registration cycles.

Schools have been instructed to cross-verify all candidate details, including names, dates of birth, roll numbers, and subject combinations, before submission to avoid delays and complications in the examination process. The board has indicated that errors in basic documentation can lead to administrative complications during the conduct of examinations and declaration of results.

Officials have advised school administrators to designate trained personnel for the submission process and to maintain backup records of all information transmitted to the board. The CBSE has also reiterated that the submission deadline will be strictly observed, with late submissions potentially facing penalties or being rejected outright.

Schools are encouraged to access the CBSE portal well in advance to familiarize themselves with the submission procedure and address any technical issues before the official window opens.
