Celine Dion's Jupiter Mansion Sells for $12.5 Million

A palatial waterfront mansion in Jupiter, Florida, once owned by international music icon Celine Dion, has sold for $12.5 million through a private off-market deal. The property, originally built for the Canadian performer in 1998, was listed for $20 million earlier this year before the final transaction closed at a significantly lower price point.

The 14,750-square-foot residence epitomizes luxury Florida living with eight spacious bedrooms and an array of high-end amenities. The estate features a private dock overlooking waterfront views, an elaborate home theatre system, and a swimming pool suited for entertainment and leisure.

Dion originally divested the property in 2002, selling it for $9 million after four years of ownership. The latest sale marks another transition for the waterfront estate, which has remained a notable fixture in Jupiter's luxury real estate market. The off-market nature of the transaction means limited public details about the buyer and final negotiation terms.
