Centre transfers eight Chief Justices across India's High Courts

In a major administrative overhaul of India's higher judiciary, the Centre has initiated transfers of eight Chief Justices across various High Courts nationwide. Among other notable appointments, Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi of the Allahabad High Court has been elevated to serve as Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court.
