Childcare sector vital economic infrastructure, says Tengku Zafrul

KUALA LUMPUR — Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Rahman has urged policymakers and stakeholders to view the childcare profession as fundamental economic infrastructure essential to the country's development.
