China's Ambassador to the United States Xie Feng has underscored the importance of respecting certain boundaries in US-China relations ahead of anticipated discussions between President Donald Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping.
In remarks addressing the relationship between the two superpowers, Xie stressed that managing differences requires good faith engagement from both sides. He cautioned Washington against what he characterised as attempts to manufacture justifications for imposing restrictions on China's development and interests.
