CIEL HR is targeting revenue of ₹2,600 crore for the current fiscal year as it prepares for an initial public offering scheduled for FY28, according to company leadership. The HR services provider reported a 27 per cent revenue increase to ₹1,178 crore during the first half of FY27, demonstrating sustained momentum in its core operations across India's expanding workforce solutions market.
As part of strategic restructuring ahead of the IPO, CIEL HR is consolidating its 12 operating businesses into three primary clusters. This organizational realignment is intended to streamline operations, enhance operational efficiency, and present a more cohesive corporate structure to capital markets investors.
The company's expansion plans come at a time of growing demand for staffing, recruitment, and human resources management services across South Asia. CIEL HR's performance reflects broader industry trends as Indian enterprises invest in professional HR infrastructure and third-party workforce solutions.
The planned IPO will mark a significant milestone for the company, enabling it to access public capital markets and fund further expansion. Industry observers view CIEL HR's anticipated market debut as indicative of growing investor appetite for specialized HR services providers in India's evolving corporate landscape.
