Coforge alleges Chairman Bhatt concealed audit reports from board

Coforge has levelled serious allegations against Chairman OP Bhatt, claiming he restricted the circulation of audit reports to a select few board members rather than sharing them with the entire governing body. According to the IT services firm, the sensitive audit materials were made available only to Bhatt himself and DK Singh, who chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The company further alleged that the chairman's performance rating, which was notably low, was never disclosed to or discussed with the full board.
